Account & Registration

Signing up on VIP Teka is quick and easy. Registration page Go to the registration page and enter your mobile number or email address. You'll receive an OTP — use it to verify your account. Then create a strong password and agree to the terms and conditions. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes, and you'll receive your welcome bonus right away.

Each mobile number or email address can only be used to create one account. VIP Teka does not allow any single person to hold multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

Login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset OTP or link will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. Make sure your new password is a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

KYC verification is essential for your security. It protects your account from fraud and confirms that the right person is making withdrawals. Verification is usually done by submitting a photo of your National ID or passport. Once verified, there are no restrictions on large withdrawals.

If your account has been closed or suspended, email support@vipteka.net with the details and any relevant information. Our support team typically resolves such issues within 24 hours. If the closure was due to a rule violation, you're welcome to request a full explanation.
Deposits & Withdrawals

VIP Teka supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All three are instant. More payment options may be added in the future.

The minimum deposit at VIP Teka is ৳300 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. The maximum single deposit limit varies based on your account tier. VIP members are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

Withdrawals are typically processed to your mobile wallet within 30 minutes of your request. KYC-verified accounts are processed even faster. In special cases or for large withdrawal amounts, it may take slightly longer — but never more than 24 hours.

VIP Teka does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own small transaction fees. These charges are outside VIP Teka's control.

First, wait 5–10 minutes and refresh the page. If the deposit still hasn't appeared, email support@vipteka.net with your mobile banking transaction receipt, including the time, amount, and reference number. Our team will verify and resolve the issue promptly.
Bonuses & Promotions

A welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account on your first deposit after registration. The bonus amount and terms may change from time to time. To see the current offer, Bonus page Go there. To use a bonus, you must place a specified amount in wagers (wagering requirement).

A wagering requirement means you must place a total amount of bets before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example, a ৳1,000 BDT bonus with a 10x requirement means you need to wager a total of ৳10,000 BDT. Regular Sports Betting counts toward meeting this requirement. Log in to VIP Teka every day and a daily login bonus will be credited to your account automatically. The bonus amount increases the longer your streak runs. Missing a single day resets your streak and you'll start over from scratch — so make sure to log in at least once a day.

Yes — if a match is cancelled or a bet is voided under the applicable rules, your full stake is refunded. This is usually credited to your balance within 24 hours. In an accumulator, if one leg is voided, the remaining legs stand and the bet is settled without that leg.
